Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: sharing membership credentials, attempting to circumvent deal restrictions, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Deals listed on Shore Pass Exclusive are subject to availability and may be modified or removed at any time by participating businesses. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific deal.

Shore Pass Exclusive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
